Staying with Meredith Lodging was convenient and easy! The rental had everything we needed and was wonderfully taken care of. Communication was prompt and accurate. Check in and check out process was clearly communicated as well. The patio has a beautiful view of a pond with the trees changing colors while we stayed there. Would stay here again!

We loved the location. The neighborhood was quiet and had a great pond right behind the house that our kid loved. We’d definitely come back here.

Variable for us was there were some dirty dishes in the kitchen cabinets and the chopping board was disgusting. Otherwise, the unit was clean. Loved the hot tub and access to the grill.

Not impressed. Not enough hot water to fill the jetted bathtub. Also paid a hottub fee, but only half the jets in the hottub worked.Hairs in both showers. No extra towels.Of the 3 wine glasses, 2 were plastic.

Master bed was very low to the ground with cheap slats. I could not get in and out of bed. Strong smell of dog on couch and beds. Will not stay here again. Disappointed in the Chalet. Eagle Crest, however, was amazing- as it always is.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. I'm sorry the bed's low height and the slat support made getting in and out difficult for you, and that pet odor was noticeable on the couch and bedding. That's not acceptable, and I apologize for your overall discomfort. We will have maintenance inspect the bed and slats to determine appropriate repairs or adjustments, and housekeeping will perform a deeper cleaning and review odor-control and laundering procedures to prevent this going forward. Thank you for the feedback — it will help us improve future stays.

Cute place, well taken care of. Only real complaint is the tv situation. So many remotes, no directions on what service is available. Upstairs tv or dvd did not work. We try not to watch tv on vaca but it is have at the end of the day or to watch a movie together.

Thank you for your review. I’m glad you enjoyed your stay and it's great to hear the home feels well taken care of. That's our goal! I’m sorry about the TV confusion and the upstairs TV/DVD not working — we have since added clear instructions for the TVs so future guests don’t run into this issue. We appreciate the feedback; please message us through the Vrbo app if you’d like to share any more details. We hope to host you again soon!
