The house is located at the exit of the village of Rochessauve; in a dominant position it offers a superb view of the Rhône valley, the Vercors and the Coiron plateau, close to hiking trails, a greenway, you will appreciate the tranquility.

Large house in the heart of the mountain, on 3 levels:
-On the first floor are 2 independent bedrooms of 25 m2 with their bathroom, facing south with superb views of the valley.
- On the first floor, living room, dining room, games room, kitchen and veranda form spacious separate spaces so that everyone can, according to their mood, participate in the life of the house or isolate themselves for a while to rest. There is also a bathroom with toilet.
-On the second floor: 3 bedrooms, 1 with shower room and toilet and the other two en suite, ideal for a large family with children.

The exterior extends over 1000 m2 of land, including a sheltered dining area and a terrace offering direct views of the valley and the surrounding mountains. Not overlooked, house in natural area.

Towels not provided.

Swimming pool accessible from April to October, heated in July and August and optional outside this period.

Possibility to order homemade dishes to be enjoyed on site. Cleaning fee is mandatory.

House protected by alarm system and external camera. Possibility to remove it on request during the rental period.
