Guest Registration & Changes

• For security and building compliance, only registered guests are allowed to stay in the unit.

• All guest names must be submitted prior to check-in for proper registration. Changes to registered guests during the stay are generally not permitted. If a change is necessary, it must be requested in advance and approved by the host.

• Approved changes will incur a PHP 350 administrative fee per change.

• Unauthorized changes or unregistered guests may result in additional charges or cancellation of the reservation.

Check-in & Check-out Policy

• Check-in time is 2:00 PM onwards, and check-out is strictly at 12:00 NN. This policy applies to all registered guests.

• Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and must be approved in advance.

• Failure to comply with the check-out time without prior notice may incur a PHP 1,000 operational fee due to the impact on cleaning schedules and incoming guests.
