The worse experience ever NEVER AGAIN
Terrible! First the host wanted everyone ID who came to visit me! Not stay visit! I had this rental so my condo can get ready, also my father had just passed away so I hady no where to go and was grieving so of course ppl will be by to check on me. Not stay the night! The host made up lies about extra over night guests I didn’t have! I work from home so I’m always inside but I had no more the myself and 2 other ppl there at a time. Mind u this is a huge 3b 2bth!!!! I was told I had to leave then they texted and said I can stay we can talk about it tomorrow. When tomorrow came I was at a co workers house training and received a text tell me to get my things out! I paid the whole month in advance and received no refund at all the customer service agents were horrible and mean they hung up on me twice they kept 3000 of my money and didn’t allow me to defend my case or anything. The host made a false case about ppl coming in and out which was not the case. Total including me was 5 ppl and again my father died and I had no more then two visitors at a time! I was put out in the middle of the day while working with no where to go and the company kept 100% of my money. How can u have a case against a person that can’t even submit proof as well? If this company will allow a host to treat a customer that way what else would they do. I was morning and vulnerable and they took advantage of me!!They didn’t off to find me another place to stay, give me anything back NOTHING!!!!! Never Aga
