There are many sitting areas for social or private engagement. This property has it all.. close proximity to town ( 15 minute drive), glean the country living on a hobby farm with horses, chickens, a duck, and gardens. A fifteen to 20 minute walk on this large property brings you to a quiet usually private river beach on the Bulkley river.

Pond feature, hot tub and accompanying 7’ deep cold immersion pool. For those interested in hobby farm, I have an 1st prize Icelandic stallion (Sproti), a few chickens ( fresh eggs!), a duck. fresh vegetables in garden and greenhouses

Privacy, beautiful views, offering spacious land for walks, exploring, river access for fishing and swimming adventure . Mountain bike trails ( cross country mostly with some easy downhill being developed. This property has internet and electronic entertainment for those that want it. The peppery is only 15 minutes drive to golfing , back country skiing and the amenities of Smither’s restaurants, and microbreweries. Hudson’s Bay Ski man and Bulkley-Nechako Valley crosscountry Ski club are both with in 30-40 minutes.
