Outdoor fire pit entertainment & Bbq areas , Wall tent Glamping option, close proximity to backcountry hiking/skiing, fishing access, Enjoy your privacy, flanked by the Bulkely river, a 2000 acre farm and another large property. There are many sitting areas for social or private engagement. This property has it all.. close proximity to town ( 15 minute drive), glean the country living on a hobby farm with horses, chickens, a duck, and gardens. A fifteen to 20 minute walk on this large property brings you to a quiet usually private river beach on the Bulkley river.

It’s peaceful and private, no neighbouring buildings or houses to be seen . Beautiful panoramic views of mountains, forests, and pastures. Many acres of land to hike or bike. Private hiking and biking to the world rel own Bilkley River , with a virtually private swimming beach in the summertime. Enjoy lounging around a chill atmosphere at home, with waterfall
Pond feature, hot tub and accompanying 7’ deep cold immersion pool. For those interested in hobby farm, I have an 1st prize Icelandic stallion (Sproti), a few chickens ( fresh eggs!), a duck. fresh vegetables in garden and greenhouses

Mountain bike trails ( cross country mostly with some easy downhill being developed. This property has internet and electronic entertainment for those that want it. The peppery is only 15 minutes drive to golfing , back country skiing and the amenities of Smither’s restaurants, and microbreweries. Hudson’s Bay Ski man and Bulkley-Nechako Valley crosscountry Ski club are both with in 30-40 minutes.
