Designed for professionals, couples, and small groups seeking a quiet, private stay of several nights or more. This fully self-contained upper suite offers two full bathrooms, premium beds, and complete separation from the lower unit—ideal for work trips, family visits, or extended stays in Lethbridge. The bright, spacious upper-level legal suite has its own private entrance, dedicated furnace, and no shared interior spaces. Guests enjoy the comfort and privacy of a full home rather than a typical short-term rental.

The layout comfortably accommodates up to six guests:
• King bedroom with quality linens
• Queen bedroom
• Fold-out sofa in the living area
• Two full bathrooms for added privacy and convenience

The living and dining areas are well suited for relaxing evenings, shared meals, or quiet productivity. The kitchen is fully equipped with full-size appliances, cookware, and a coffee and tea setup—ideal for guests staying longer than a weekend.

Guest access: Entire upper suite with private entrance and self check-in via secure keypad.

Awesome host and property. This place is very clean, modern and new. It has all the amenities we needed for our family to enoy our stay. It is walking distance to a great playground as well as the new YMCA which was a big hit with our kids. Would definitely stay here again.
