And that was everywhere where in the house ! And the down stairs tubs drain was stopped up ! There was a worm in the upstairs bedroom ! Yeah they was suppose to change and relocate our stay ! But they took soo long !!

Hi Quanntina, we want every guest to arrive at a home that’s clean, comfortable, and fully ready for their stay, so we're sorry to hear about the issues you experienced. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: - All plumbing issues, including the water pressure and drainage, have been addressed to ensure everything is now functioning properly throughout the home. - The cleaning team has been made aware of your concerns and has taken extra steps to ensure the home meets our standards going forward. - While critters can occasionally make their way into homes in this area, the property is on a regular pest control schedule to keep things in check. - Our goal is to respond promptly and take corrective action whenever issues arise, and they’re committed to ensuring future guests have smooth, enjoyable stays. Thanks for your valuable feedback
