The house is light, tidy, and fully self-contained with 4 bedrooms, a sunny living space, and a fully equipped kitchen — perfect for everything from a quiet weekend to a longer stay.
There’s a log burner & heat pump to keep you warm in winter and air conditioning in the lounge to keep you cool on hot summer days (plus plenty of swimming spots nearby!).
Enjoy the large enclosed gardens surrounding the property with plenty of outdoor space for the kids to play.
Just a short walk or drive into town, you’ll have easy access to Reefton’s charming cafes, local walks, and the famous river trails. It’s the perfect base for mountain bikers, hikers, and anyone wanting a real West Coast experience.
