Cozy queen bed, luxe linens, incinerator toilet, griddle, firepit, and solar power. Drinking water provided. 300-ft uphill private trail to the dome. No tv, no wi-fi, Bliss! Nestled in the forest over a scenic vista, you can watch wildlife wander by. Sleep under the stars, watching for Northern Lights. Hike right from the door. Griddle up Gourmet meals on your private deck & unwind by the firepit. Open plan with non-potable water for dishes. A Unique tranquil Escape into nature. No Pets!

Every detail of the property was amazing. It got a little chilly at night but that was for the most Matt remedied with the fire pit. Julia and Gary were so kind and helped with any questions when we needed. The property area was very isolated and allowed for the perfect amount of alone time. Will be coming back

Awesome Dome Vacation

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Rocky Mountain Escape. We were greeted warmly by our hosts and made to feel at home right away. Staying in the dome is the perfect balance between glamping and total comfort. The bed was comfortable and everything within and without the dome was perfectly appointed. Gary explained all the features of the dome patiently and efficiently. He also pointed out all the great hiking trails on site as well as the surrounding area. All the amenities, from the propane griddle to the fire table were such a fun treat. AND THE VIEW!!! WOW! Star-gazing will never be the same. Nothing beats laying in bed and looking up at the sky through the sky window of the dome. 360 views of the forest and wildlife from the comfort of a cozy chair. Staying at the Rocky Mountain Escape dome was a treat. We are already planning when we can return.

Nestled in Alberta's foothills only 70km NW of Hinton. A place where proposals happen under the Aurora and stars. Customers meet Grizzlies on trail cams and so much more. Magic in the mountainous wilderness. Forested trails, dark skies, crackling fires & wildlife around. Nature at it's finest!

A peaceful slice of unplugged paradise. Our dome and cabins are more than just places to stay, they are story starters. Intentionally spaced apart for privacy. Never overlooked and never overcrowded. Say 'Yes' to Adventure and 'No' to cell signal. No shower in the dome. Just luxurious glamping not camping!!
