The house is fully furnished and self-contained.
The house is open planned living with stylish décor with a functional kitchen.
The entire house is air conditioned with ducted air con system (cooling and heating) to ensure your comfort during your stay.
There are 4 bedrooms and 4 toilets in the property.
The house can sleep up to 11 people (10 adults x 1 infant)
The house is safe, family friendly and suitable for children and complete with a high chair, toddler toilet seat and a cot (available at no extra charge). The cot is available upon request and this will be placed in the master room.
BEDROOMS
The master room has a stunning ensuite, king bed and a huge walk in robe. This bedroom has it's own balcony facing the ocean.
The second bedroom room can also be a second master bedroom as it has it's own ensuite, a queen-sized bed
The third and fouth bedrooms are at the lower level, they both have a queen-sized bed.
All beds are high quality bed with thick comfortable mattresses for your stay.
All bedrooms have bedside tables, bedside lamps.
All bedrooms have ocean view.
LIVING AREA
There are two living areas, one on the ground level and one on the lower level.
The main living area. There is a 85” SMART TV and Netflix along with unlimited Wi-Fi for your entertainment. Either you are on holiday or business trip you can find fast and reliable Wi-Fi connection we have to offer.
Secondary living area - lower level. This living area has direct access to the swimming pool. There a comfortable sofa bed in this area as well.
KITCHEN
The fully functional kitchen is complete with all brand-new appliances including a dishwasher, a large 2 door fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, gas burners, kettle, toaster, rice cooker. We also provide a dish rack and cooking necessities including pots and pans, professional knife set, cutting board, crockery, seasoning, cooking oil, etc.
Ample kitchen consumables are provided such as dishwasher tablets, dish washing liquid, sponges and rubbish bin bags.
WORK STATION
If you are business travelers, we have a comfortable office desk/chair to work on the lower level as well.
BATHROOMS/TOILETS
Two of the bathrooms are ensuites to the master bedrooms.
The third bathroom is at lower level serving the third and the forth bedrooms. There is a separate toilet next to this bathroom.
There is a separate toilet on the ground level near the entrance.
All toilets/bath rooms have luxurious diffuser and room sprays for your comfort. All bathrooms have hotel quality toiletries for your use.
SWIMMING POOL
There is an infinity pool at the lower level. The pool is facing the ocean. There is a set of outdoor sofa serving this area. Pool towels are provided for your use as well. They are placed in the laundry cabinets.
LAUNDRY
Brand new washing machine together with washing liquid/softener and a clothes dryer are available if you'd like to wash any clothes during your stay. There is an iron with ironing board and air dryer available for your use.
LINEN
Luxurious hotel quality soft sheets are provided with soft/firm pillow options for your comfort. High quality cotton hand towels and thick bath towels are also provided for your use.
After each stay the apartment is professionally cleaned with fresh quality linen supplied.
HYGIENE
Exceptionally clean throughout! Only the highest cleanliness standards will be accepted! All bench tops throughout the house are stone making it really easy to clean.
PARKING
Private double garage fits 2 car comfortably and also you can park 2 more cars in front of the garage.

The house has a local alarm system. The house has a video intercom system.
