The agency Cooconr/Book&Pay proposes you to rent, in Courseulles-sur-Mer. This ground-floor studio flat, 500 m from the beach, has a surface area of 17 m² and can accommodate 2 people. There is an 8 m² small garden. Bed linen and towels included. We're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- Living room with double sofa bed (160x200cm), coffee table, sideboard and TV. The dining area includes a table and 4 chairs.
- A kitchenette opening onto the living room and fully equipped with: combined oven/microwave, hob, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, crockery and cutlery...
- Shower room with shower and WC
Outside:
- Enclosed, private, west-facing 8 m² garden with garden table and chairs, ideal for enjoying the sunny weather.
Nearby:
- Courseulles sur mer beach 750 m away (9 minutes on foot)
- Juno Beach 550 m away (5 minutes on foot)
- Sailing school 1. 5 km (19 minutes on foot)
- JOA Casino in St Aubin 5 km (11 minutes by car)
- Caen 21 km (27 minutes by car)
Activities:
During your Normandy getaway, you will have the opportunity to take advantage of a large number of activities within walking distance of the flat: walks or bike rides along the coast, to the marina, sailing school, market, fishing, museum, cinema, casino, visit to the Juno Beach museum...
On Tuesdays and Fridays, there's a lovely market in the centre of Courseulles.

If you choose to come by car, you can park in the free public car park nearby
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Bus near the residence
- Caen station 25 km away (30 minutes by car) and Bretteville - Norrey station 20 km away (25 minutes by car)
- Caen-Carpiquet airport 27 km away (30 minutes by car)
Neighbourhood:
This studio is located in a quiet, residential area, just a few metres from the sea and all amenities: bakery, butcher, fishmonger, florist, mini-market, restaurants, etc.
There is a daily fish market along the harbour and a more general market on Tuesdays and Fridays in the town centre.
Other remarks:
- The flat does not have internet access
- Pets are not allowed
- Bed linen and towels included
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the apartment in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
