This spacious house is the perfect place for a successful holiday with family and friends.
In less than 8 minutes on foot you can reach the white sandy beaches and turquoise water of the bay.
The famous cliffs of the wild coast are also accessible on foot (10min) to admire the setting sun.

Shops within walking distance (mini-markets, pharmacy, butcher's shop......)
The corkscrew allows you to move from Quiberon to Auray with ease and without ever taking the car.
For your meals with family or friends a barbecue is at your disposal with a large terrace and an awning.

This house can accommodate up to 8 people with its 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Our house is set up as follows:

On the first floor:

- A fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker...
-A large living room with living room and dining room with stove
-A bedroom with a double bed (160cm)
-A bathroom with toilet
-A garage

Upstairs:

-A bedroom with a double bed (140cm)
- A bathroom and toilet
-One bedroom (4 single beds 90cm)

You can enjoy two large terraces, and a large fenced garden of + 800 m2 with palm trees.

You can also take advantage of the garage to store your bikes and sports equipment.

The house includes: dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron, vacuum cleaner, coffee maker, hair dryer, washing machine, television, wifi, baby equipment...

CONDITIONS

Linen is not provided (duvets and pillows provided): option to be requested from Marie 24 hours maximum before your arrival (option 21€ per bed prepared and 6€ per bath kit - small and large towel + bath mat) - to be paid on site

You must return the house in the same state of cleanliness as upon arrival.

Cleaning option: 120€

If you arrive after 8pm, the service will be charged at €10 per hour

If you wish to leave after 11am (10am if cleaning is to be done), the service will be charged at €10 per hour depending on the possibilities

Pets are not allowed.

Smokers are welcome but on the terrace with an ashtray.

Marie from Ty'Accueil, your concierge on site, will welcome you in the premises and can facilitate your stay, contact her before your stay to arrange an appointment for your arrival and departure.
She will be available throughout your stay to answer your requests (Reservations, babysitter, full fridge...)

Marie can welcome you from 2pm, depending on availability and cleaning to be carried out.
Marie can welcome you until 8pm. Beyond that, you will be asked for 10 euros per additional hour (until midnight)

You must vacate the house before 11am. If you wish to stay later in the day, and it is possible, do not hesitate to ask for it (you will be asked for 10 euros per hour)
