Completed, beautifully designed two-bedroom haven nestled on the sun-drenched slopes of Waiheke Island’s Te Whau peninsula. Surrounded by native bush, olive groves, and boutique vineyards, this private holiday home offers sweeping views over Te Whau Bay, enchanting sunsets, and the ultimate in modern comfort.
Step inside to an open-plan living area, thoughtfully designed with floor-to-ceiling glass to frame the sweeping sea and rural views. The interiors are modern and airy, with a clean, coastal palette furnishings.
Step out onto the sunny deck, whether you're sharing a slow breakfast in the morning sun or a glass of wine as evening colors settle over the bay.
The private spa pool is just at the backyard — a secluded spot to soak under the stars, surrounded by the natural beauty of Te Whau.
Just a short drive to nearby vineyards (including Te Whau, Awaawaroa, and Batch), beaches, and the Kennedy Point car ferry.
