Cozy, comfortable and close to CBD

Our dog friendly cottage has a large kitchen/living area and a separate bedroom with queen bed, plenty of storage and an ensuite. It is cosy and comfortable. The minimum stay is two nights.
We are situated in a quiet street within a 10–15-minute walk to the CBD and New World supermarket. The cottage is also a 5-minute walk away from our picturesque riverside Warren Cole Walkway. We are also a 10 minute drive to one of New Zealand's best beaches.
The cottage is situated at the back of our house but separated by a large deck. You have your own entrance, and for your convenience you can park your car directly outside your door. A BBQ is available for your use, as is a laundry free of charge.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a bench top oven, microwave, electric fry pan, a single hob, a large fridge and all manner of cooking equipment. We will supply a small bottle of milk for the start of your stay. We do not provide any meals. We accept small dogs, on our full fenced property
