The spacious master suite offers a luxurious Queen size bed, built-in wardrobes, ceiling fan, air conditioning, and a private ensuite.

Bedroom 2 features a King size bed that can be split into two King singles upon request, along with built-in-robes, a ceiling fan, and air conditioning.

Bedroom 3 includes a Double bed, built-in-robe, ceiling fan, and air conditioning.

The main bathroom is conveniently located nearby and includes a shower and toilet.

Kingscliff is a beautiful coastal town with many great beaches, creeks, and estuaries to enjoy year-round. With the gorgeous Cudgen creek boasting a large array of sea life, many locals and visitors enjoy snorkeling through or fishing north of the bridge.

Local events are frequently held on the foreshore including surf competitions, festivals, and fundraisers. Beachside markets are held on the second and fourth Saturday of every month from 8am to 1pm. Throughout the year dolphins frequent the river mouth, and between April to November the ocean comes alive with spectacular shows from humpback whales making their annual migration.

Kingscliff is the jewel of the Tweed Coast, enjoy the beautiful coastal atmosphere that the town brings, with plenty to see and do in and surrounding the town. There are great places to party in town, but no parties or functions permitted at the property in consideration of our neighbours.
