Less than a 4 minute walk (1 block) to the beach in our newly renovated ranch house that sleeps 6. Like new 5 star luxury rental. Over 2100 square feet of open floor plan with new furniture and mattresses. Each bedroom has a full bath and flat screen TV. Screened in lanai with fans, heated pool, TV, Weber Grill, and pool toys. Gourmet kitchen with high end appliances. Laundry room with HE washer/dryer. We provide everything you need for the beach. Great alternative to the JW Marriott. The house has an open floor plan. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom, and is perfect for couples or families looking for privacy and their own space. Entire House I'm available by phone to answer any questions. Our house is a very short walk to the public beach access near the JW Marriott. We have a beach cart to make your trip to the beach seamless. It is hard to get beach access in Marco unless you pay to park and drive, or stay in a beach high rise condo. The beauty of our central island location is that the very close proximity to the free beach access. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. Many restaurants/bars, beach are within walking distance from our house. Marco island is flat so it is very nice to rent a bike to get around, Uber, or The Wave offers free golf cart rides to many local restaurants. Each bedroom, living room, and lanai have TV's. The pool area was fully remodeled in 2021.

This house had a perfect set up for a mother daughter girls trip. Head games, pool and everything you need in the kitchen. Communication of the house was excellent and location amazing.

Beautiful home, fully equipped with everything you may need. This lovely home was immaculate and located just a short 5 minute stroll to the gorgeous beach. My family and I loved the location and all the comforts this home offers!

Wonderful property! We loved every minute!

The property was fantastic for our family! It was beautifully decorated and had everything we could ever possibly need for a relaxing week! The screened in lanai with pool, gorgeous outdoor furniture and TV was one of our favorite spots!! The three bedrooms were very comfortable and each had their own private bathroom. We loved it so much, we booked for a few weeks in January!

Great Vacation Rental

This was a great house to share with other family members. We had 4 adults and 2 children and felt we had plenty of space. Kitchen was large enough and equipped with everything you needed to make meals and the outdoor space was excellent! We hope to stay again next year!

Love this property. We would stay here again. Walking into the house made you feel right at home. Very close to the beach and the heated pool was awesome. Very friendly atmosphere. Enjoyed local restaurants. Watching the sunset from the Marriott was something to see.

Wonderful Escape

Beautiful Home & Pool are extremely well maintained, very warm and inviting. Location is excellent just across the street from public access to beach and 5 minute walk from movies and Restaurants. Quiet neighborhood for major relaxation.
