The space includes a cozy bathroom, an open living area with a 3-seater sofa bed that unfolds into a king single, and a well-equipped kitchen and dining area. Complimentary coffee and tea are provided, and there’s a laundry area with a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board for added convenience. Immensely convenient surroundings. We're situated just off the corner of Bouverie & Victoria St, only a 2-5min walk to Queen Victoria Market, RMIT or Melbourne Central station with access to everything all under the one roof.
You're only a short stroll away from QV, Emporium, Myer, David Jones, Chinatown, Swanston St and more.
Great boutique bars, cafes and attractions around the area.

Getting Around:
Easy. Surrounded by trams, cabs, buses & trains, it makes getting in, out & around the city extremely convenient.
If you're not a fan of walking, there is a tram stop at the corner of Elizabeth & Therry St, just a 2min walk away from us.
Most importantly, all trams within the city grid are FREE. Just look out for the "FREE tram zone" signs.
No problems hitching a cab or getting on a bus on Elizabeth St if you would like to head out of the city.
If you plan to take a train, the Melbourne Central railway station is just a 5min walk away from us.
If you drive, we have secured 1 FREE parking for you.
Other Things to Note:
The space comfortably sleeps 4 but can accommodate up to 5 guests. An additional charge of AU$29 per person per night applies for the 5th guests.
The 5th guests will sleep on the 3-seater sofa bed, which folds out to a king single.
The 3-seater sofa bed measurements:
• Width: 200cm, Depth: 85cm, Height: 80cm
• Seat depth: 70cm, Seat height: 45cm
• Bed width: 110cm, Bed length: 200cm
