And it comes with the most fantastic and clever blend of classic and modern appeal providing you a 3BR/2.5BA beach house (BR1:1K, BR2:1Q, BR3:2T) that will make you feel comfortable and cozy while safe and sound. Can you bring your 2 dogs with you? Yes of course! Dawson's Sandbox is theirs to play in too and you will be happy to know that there are NO EXTRA DOG FEES so bring them on your long-deserved vacation with you. Once inside, you will be awestruck by the brilliant color of classic pine adorning the walls accented with contemporary fixtures, stainless steel appliances, amazing countertops and vanities, lots of cabinet space, clean furnishings, a walk-in tiled shower and more! The kitchen, dining and living area combine to create a family and friend gathering focal point where unforgettable lifetime memories will surely be made. Venture outside the oceanfront door to the privacy of your own covered porch where you can have a cup of coffee in the morning while checking your text messages with the sounds of seagulls squawking and the waves crashing in the background. Or dine outside anytime of the day at the convenient table waiting just for you. Step further down the walkway and rest under the shade of your own ocean view gazebo and another covered retreat from the sun where you can read on one of the benches, watch the beach strollers go by or the kids swim and splash in the ocean. Easy beach access is absolutely the benefit of this oceanfront location providing safety from having to cross busy Beach Drive and the luxury of lugging your beach gear a short distance. After a long day in the sun, rest assured there is an outside shower waiting for you to conveniently clean off before heading inside for the evening. The fully equipped kitchen will satisfy the most scrutinizing chefs in your group and allow you to prepare all your favorite seafood dishes or whatever you desire. After everyone is stuffed from a delicious dinner, relax and play games until it's time to retire. The master bedroom offers a king size bed with ocean views to enjoy at first light when the sun rises up over the east end of Oak Island which faces south creating the ability to enjoy the beauty of both sunrises and sunsets! You will be proud to have chosen Dawson's Sandbox for your next vacation spot and so will everyone else who stays with you too. Ample and easy parking space with access to one enclosed garage space and both inside and outside storage for your beach gear too. D/W, W/D, ceiling fans, Smart TVs, wireless internet.
