The property was true to the description. It was a very nice little cabin in the woods. We enjoyed our stay very much and they added lots of simple little amenities to make our stay nicer

Check in is at 4...I received a call at 4:15 from the house cleaner. When we arrived at 7, the cleaner was still there. The house was not cleaned. The sheets on the beds were still damp. The advertised a washer and dryer, however they were locked up. Now, I will stay that VRBO and Evolve were easy to work with. They addressed all of our issues. They gave us an extra 4 hours for check out. We ended up not using the extra hours. It was just upsetting to get to this house and it wasn't the cleanest.

Being a first time renter of a Vrbo property i was satisfied with our stay. It was more than what we needed but I only think I got it because the place had no AC and it was hot. Also there were no other places around that were available, We managed with fans, only used the place to clean up and sleep, didn't use much of anything else but coffee maker.

The heat spell during your stay is very uncommon, and we are sorry that the ceiling fans may not have been adequate for your needs. Normally, they cool the house quite well. We are looking into portable air conditioning so that the house will be prepared in the event of another hot spell.
