Tens across the board for this property. The host was accessible and responded quickly to all our questions . This was truly a home away from home experience. The property is beautiful, clean with a fully stocked kitchen. The kids enjoyed the pool and club house. This was my second visit to Windsor Cay Resort, It won’t be my last.

The property was exactly as reflected in the pictures. The grounds where the home was, was close to everything. Whether you want to go to the parks or just lounge about at the resort, you can’t go wrong. The home was equipped with more than what we needed and we made use of everything l. Absolutely loved the non stick pots and pans (feel free to send me a set lol). Whenever I asked a question, it was answered right away, unless after hours and then I got a response in the early AM. I would absolutely book this property again, ma and my family had a great stay. Oh since the movie theater is in the garage, it is only a 2 car driveway, but street parking is allowed.

The house was convenient to Magic, Kingdom and Epcot. Plenty of space for a large family lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. . They enjoyed the game room and the movie theater was a big hit. I like the open kitchen with a large bar and it had a large table for all of us to sit down with a family meal.

Excellent experience. Amazing house, very comfortable and clean. The only inconvenience was that in addition to the Vrbo process you need to register with the community, which was a little complicated process.Other than that, I fully recommend this house

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Windsor Cay Resort is a great community with great amenities. The house was awesome. The theatre with full size fridge was a favorite. First night had a problem with the a/c upstairs not cooling and it was addressed quickly by the property management. Wish we had not paid for heating pool or hot tub. It never got hot or even very warm after 3 days. And it was not because the weather outside was cold. We wanted the convenience of the pool and hot tub at the house which is why we paid extra for it to be heated.

No pest control at stay or community water park. Lots of ants, beetles, crickets, and spiders in the house.AC was not in working order in the movie theater (i.e. garage).Surprise damage fees exceeding 200 after stay despite the fact that we did a great job cleaning up after ourselves and despite the fact that one of our skilled guests fixed the AC unit in the theater room.

We're very sorry to hear about the unwanted visitors and the AC issue in the theater room! We always encourage guests to reach out right away if any concern arises during their stay! Our homes are treated regularly, since Florida's climate can attract bugs, but this isn't a common issue at this property. We've since arranged additional pest control service to prevent further issues. Please let us know right away if you see this so we can assist further. Regarding the AC, guests are never responsible for repairs - only authorized staff may perform work at the property. We did receive your report and had our team notified. We're glad it resolved itself, but please refrain from working on any equipment going forward so you can relax and enjoy the rest of your stay! Please note that our standard protocol is to thoroughly inspect each home at arrival and departure to confirm its condition, since these properties belong to individual homeowners we're responsible to maintain. Guests are responsible for any damages or missing items during their reservation. We understand a damage invoice can be frustrating to receive, but we can confirm all such claims are based on verified reports from our inspection team.
