Welcome to Frisco Main Street Retreat, hosted by Great Western Lodging — a cozy and inviting 2-bedroom, 2-bath home perfectly situated in the heart of Frisco. The open-concept living area features vaulted ceilings, a warm gas fireplace, and large windows showcasing mountain views. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare meals and gather with friends or family after a day outdoors. A private deck and a spacious yard invite you to relax and take in the crisp mountain air.

Enjoy the convenience of in-town living with easy access to multiple ski resorts, including Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, and Keystone—all just a short drive away. Walk to Main Street to explore Frisco’s boutique shops, local dining, and vibrant brewery scene, or take advantage of nearby trails and Lake Dillon for year-round outdoor fun.

Additionally, we do not supply coffee, spices, or other kitchen food items.

This home is part of a small collection of Summit County vacation rentals hosted by Great Western Lodging, a locally based team focused on responsive service and comfortable stays. We can’t wait to welcome you and hopefully add you to our growing list of repeat guests!

Awesome location close to downtown Frisco and with the river out the back yard. Layout worked well for us. Nice high ceilings and tons of windows. Loved the fireplace and plenty of seating.

Great Western Lodging cancelled our reservation shortly before the date we were to stay. They agreed to refund our payment, but cannot refund the VRBO service fee.

Hi Michael--we always regret having to move a guest or make last minute adjustments and avoid it as much as possible. Unfortunately, there was an unavoidable issue and per our terms and conditions, moving your booking was necessary. We offered you other options in the area which you declined. Additionally, we told you that you could request the remainder of the money, but you would have to do that through VRBO since we don't have any access to the money they collect from you. We did everything we could to assist you in an unfortunate situation and we're really sorry it was not resolved in a satisfactory way for you.

The condo is just as pictured... clean, cozy and in a lovely setting with a creek running behind the property. The location is great as you can walk to Main Street in just a minute. The garage is vey narrow, not sure what type of car could fit in it, neither of ours did, but we were able to park with the visitor pass, and in the driveway. The kitchen was well stocked. We were not there in ski season, so please excuse the 1 star rating, but there was not a choice for "not skiing". I did need to speak to property management about a parking pass, and they were very responsive. My family used the hot tub, and enjoyed it, but thought it was a bit too hot. We had a great time enjoying the Frisco area and all the beauty it has to offer. We would stay here again.

The location was great and the home was clean. There also isn't a long list of things to do before leaving, so that was nice. The listing stated there was a double queen in the second bedroom and a bunk bed in a loft or other area. The second bedroom had only one queen bed, and there was no bunk bed; instead, it featured a pull-out sofa. I tried reaching out, but they don't respond and only give a number to call. The garage parking was super tiny. There was also construction all around, so we had to walk off the path to get in and out to avoid debris falling on us.
