Staying at Mike's place for my aunt's 80th birthday was excellent. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfy, and there were yard and indoor games available. It was lovely having the beautiful view to enjoy all weekend long! We would definitely book again.

The home is in a great location. What a beautiful view and directly on the lake. A very large yard and the property, inside and outside, had so much to do without even having to leave the home. Communication with Mike was great,

We enjoyed our stay at the lake house. It was very peaceful. The view was amazing and it was nice to have a dock to use. Mike was very accommodating offering us use of the lawn games and paddle boards. The hot tub was freshly cleaned and the ac in the house was a welcome bonus.

Mike's place was great. House was clean, beds were all made and clean, outdoor area was ample and enjoyable, right on the beach and dock was a huge bonus. Easy communication and entry was a breeze. We would 100% rent this property again.

The kids loved it here because there was so much to do. We were able to paddleboard, kayak, have nights by the fire, make sandcastles. The location is more secluded and so we didn't see a ton of people either in the water or by the house.

Beautiful property

From the moment our reservation was accepted to the day we checked out, Mike was an awesome host. He allowed us to extend our stay an extra day and , any questions or concerns I had he was prompt to respond. We were the first guests to rent the property so there were some minor issues but overall our stay was amazing ! We will definitely be back.

What a beautiful place this is. It is peaceful, quiet, and right on the water. The backyard is massive, the kids had a great time and the adults had an even better time seeing them play and enjoy the freedom this place has to offer. There is a bat house in the trees in the backyard. It was peaceful watching them fly to it 15 mins before sunset every night. We will be back again for sure!
Fire while watching a lightening storm on the other side of the lake.

Lots of beds for everyone to sleep on there own. Cute little kids play area upstairs in the loft. The weather didn’t cooperate with us so we weren't able to really take advantage of all the water toys that were available. We did take advantage of the pool table and DVD player in the basement though. Had a wonderfully quiet peaceful weekend with my family. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for something more secluded

Mike was a good host, communication was timely and the check in process was smooth.The property itself is nice. Cozy, lakfront house with a big yard, as advertised.The cleanliness was a problem. I'm not sure if the host cleans it or if he has a company clean it, but it left a lot to be desired. The main issues:- there was a strong smell of urine throughout the main floor near the kitchen. I'm guessing a dog peed inside and it was never cleaned, it smelled stronger on warmer days- it seemed like something was living inside the couch on the main floor. All of us heard scratching and movement coming from the couch, so we moved it around to see if we could find something. We saw nothing, but the sound was definitely coming from the couch, so we're guessing there's a mouse finding its way in there. I also heard movement either in the main floor bedroom or in the walls in the middle of the night - upon arrival, there were a couple of bags of dog poop left outside by the front door. Not a strong first impression- there were cobwebs and dead bugs everywhere outside. The walkout basement patio was a mess, the ping pong table had a layer of grime, and the patio furniture was covered in cobwebs. We took the hose to the entire patio area to make it usable, but it was still uncomfortably messyThe yard and lake access make it a great property, but for the cost, we shouldn't have had any of these issues.

Mike was an awesome host. Everything was just as expected. We loved that the cabin was a perfect mix of rustic and modern. There was so much extra space and the property was stunning. We definitely plan to come back next year.
