Bring your boat, hop in a kayak -- or just chill poolside and watch for dolphins and manatees. With bright décor and comfy vibes, it's perfect for a laid-back, waterfront getaway.

(Fishing from a boat is allowed in the Sanctuary, not from the banks). You’re just 15 minutes from the charming shops and restaurants of historic downtown Melbourne—or the sandy shores of the nearby beaches. Love to mountain bike? The Black Mountain trail system is just around the corner. And for paddling fun, you can rent kayaks or paddle boards at Palm Bay Marina, just a short ride up the creek!

Other Things to Note:

Please be respectful of the neighbors, this is NOT a party location but there is lots of room to enjoy your stay. Guests have access to the whole home and fenced backyard. Ask about bringing your boat or we're happy to recommend boat, water rentals. Nearest boat ramp at Kiwanis Park (5 min).



We have cameras to monitor the exterior of the home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the cameras is prohibited. Cameras monitor the front entrance and dock for safety and security. There are no cameras indoors or in the pool or common areas.



We offer high speed internet, cable, utility room with washer and dryer and all brand-new appliances and fixtures. Smart TV's in the living room and 3 of the 4 bedrooms.



Residential neighborhood - please respect quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am.

You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming, kayaking, biking and use of the swimming pool, kayaks, bicycles and BBQ grill and hold the Owner and Property Manager harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that swimming and biking present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming, kayaking or biking if a person has health risks, or if a person swims, kayaks or rides a bicycle while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against the Owner and Property Manager for accidents or claims arising from swimming, kayaking or bicycling. All Guests in your party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this Waiver and they acknowledge it as a binding and enforceable contract between Guests and Hosts.
