You will love the layout of this 3BR/2BA condo located on the first floor in building 11 in Willow Bend! It is spacious and comfortable with easy access to the pool! Another great hang out for this beautiful condo is the patio is right off the living room so it is the best place to hang out!

Willow Bend #1115 is perfect for families, golfers and weekend getaways! The kitchen is fully stocked and is perfect for cooking your favorite meals. The dining area has plenty of space for everyone. The living area is spacious and there is a large Flat Screen TV for your viewing pleasure. Enjoy the patio for your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail.

The Primary Suite has a King bed and a large full bathroom for privacy. There is a spacious walk-in closet for your use as well. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed and there is a hallway bathroom too. The 3rd bedroom has two twins so there is plenty of sleeping space for your guests. There is also a washer/dryer for your use. All of the bedrooms have Flat Screen TVs too.

Check out Barefoot Landing which is right over the bridge and enjoy all of the restaurants, shops and attractions. Enjoy a show at the Alabama Theater or The House of Blues. Have a beer at the Crooked Hammock or grab a taco at Taco Mundo. Watch the boats go by while having dinner at Greg Norman's Australian Grill or The Flying Fish Restaurants. You will not want to leave! If you like to golf, there are 4 Championship Golf Courses in Barefoot so ask us about tee times. There is a free shuttle that runs in the summer that will bring you to the beach too.

The stay overall was good—the location was convenient, the space looked like the photos, and check-in was smooth. The host was friendly and quick to respond, which I really appreciated.

Walked into freshly shampooed floors (still damp), clean bedrooms, and bathrooms. Wasn't thrilled to have wet floors but appreciated the cleanliness. Provided feedback to the host on the state of the kitchen pots/pans, back porch, and air return vents which were less than desirable with no response received which was disappointing. Overall it was a nice experience and fulfilled our minimum vacation needs.

The condo was just as described. The rental management company was extremely responsive to us from checkin to check out. The condo is stocked with everything you need and more. The area is very nice - a little bit away from the hustle of Rt 17. The pool is just a few steps from the condo. The only bump was the WiFi wasn’t working but the rental management company went above and beyond to help problem solve this. Overall a very nice place to stay and would recommend this condo to others.

Good price compared to other 3 bedroom units in the area. Nice resort with very quick walk to community pool and short drive to very large North Tower pool by the marina. Barefoot landing with many restaurants and shops very short drive. The master bedroom with en suite was very nice and spacious with comfortable king size bed. Bedrooms are nicely spaced out for privacy. Carpet probably due to be replaced in common areas not dirty but many small stains. Unit otherwise clean and well equipped with coffee pot, single cup keurig and blender.
