🏡The House:
You would have a self-contained living area with basic pantry supplies (kettle, toaster, water dispenser).
This is large home where there's a front section consist of 2 rooms (one of which where you'd be staying), with a private living area.
The back section is a roaming house setup with 4 other bedrooms with garage, kitchen, living area and laundry. You can gain access to these areas upon request. You would see other housemates going through the separate entry, but generally they are easy-going working professionals.
