Security:
To enhance safety, security cameras are installed at both the front and back entrances, including built-in cameras in the doorbells. These cameras monitor only exterior areas and are in place to help ensure guest security. There are NO cameras inside the home.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire house.
You'll receive a unique passcode a few days before check-in for smooth, secure self-entry. Enjoy your stay at your own pace with no shared spaces or interruptions.



House Rules Summary:

• Check-in at 4 PM or anytime after; checkout by 11 AM
• No smoking inside the property
• No parties or events
• No pets allowed
• Quiet hours 10 PM–7 AM
• Only registered guests are allowed overnight
• This is our second home, please treat it with care and respect ❤️
