Come enjoy a stay in a serene atmosphere, fully immersed in nature. A peaceful and rejuvenating setting, located along the GR 655 hiking trail and the Way of St. James, in the small village of SEPVRET, the source of the Sèvre Niortaise River.

It features Wi-Fi and wired internet access in the bedrooms, with a dedicated modem for the guesthouse.
On the first floor, you’ll enjoy a huge, bright living area (110 m²) with views (through large floor-to-ceiling windows and onto the terrace) of the Sèvre Niortaise valley and the Logis dovecote. It features a high-end kitchen and a living room (seats 12) with a wood-burning stove and a Bluetooth speaker.
The cottage has 6 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and toilet (2 of which have separate toilets). A guest toilet is also available on the first floor.
On the first floor: two 23 m² bedrooms. Bedroom 1: 1 160x200 bed; Bedroom 2: 2 90x200 beds.
Upstairs: 4 bedrooms ranging from 18 to 23 m²: 3 with 160x200 beds and 1 with 2 90x200 beds. 2 additional sleeping spaces are available on the convertible sofa bed.
1 travel crib and 1 high chair available upon request.
The beds are made upon your arrival, and towels and linens are provided.
Enjoy the comfort of underfloor heating and the warmth of the wood-burning stove during cooler periods (heat pump).
The cottage features a 67-square-meter south-facing wooden deck, a large portion of which is covered, and a partially enclosed 435-square-meter garden with no overlooking neighbors. To enjoy the great outdoors even more, you’ll find an outdoor dining area that seats 14 (table and chairs), a griddle, lounge chairs, a sink, and a shower for a refreshing dip.
Outdoor games: badminton, petanque and shuffleboard, Molkky, giant Mikado, and ping-pong (in the barn).
Nearby: the various shaded, rolling hiking trails will take you to the headwaters of the Sèvre River, wash houses, and local heritage sites.
In Lezay, 7 km away (traditional market); in Melle, 15 minutes away (Romanesque churches of St. Pierre and St. Hilaire, the Frankish Kings’ Silver Mines); La Vallée des Singes (86), 40 minutes away; Futuroscope and the Marais Poitevin 50 minutes away, and La Rochelle 1 hour and 20 minutes away.
During your one-week stay, we’d be delighted to offer you a choice of activities: exploring walking trails along the spring-fed paths, touring a goat or cattle farm, or learning about the town’s environmental initiatives.
