Studio for 2 people, condition of use, located in Heliopolis entrance FGH, on the 2nd floor without elevator. Living room with 1 wardrobe bed in 140cm. Fan. Kitchen area with microwave, coffee maker and toaster. Bathroom with toilet. Balcony. Parking number 6.Deposit: 380 euros. File fee: 29 euros. Tourist tax to be paid on site max 6.62 euros /day/adult person. Sheets and towels rental package: 20 euros. Household from 80 euros or to perform yourself on the day of departure. Arrival: From 5pm to 7pm, you have 24 hours to report any malfunction. Departure before 11am: meeting at the arrival as a person comes to perform the state of the place. Please provide us with your RC certificate otherwise insurance costs 24 euros.
