Large air-conditioned studio for 2 people, located in Heliopolis entrance E, on the 3rd floor with elevator, interior view, east facing. Living room with 1 bed in 160cm. Kitchen area with microwave, vacuum cleaner, dishwasher, kettle, senseo, toaster, iron and ironing board.Bathroom. WC. Terrace. Parking number 205 facing the entrance FDeposit: 380 euros. File fee: 29 euros (except Poplidays customers). Tourist tax to be paid 1.44 euro /day/adult person. Sheets and towels rental package: 20 euros. Household from 80 euros or to perform yourself on the day of departure. Arrival: From 5pm to 7pm, you have 24 hours to report any malfunction. Departure before 11am: meeting at the arrival as a person comes to perform the state of the place. Please provide us with your RC certificate otherwise insurance costs 24 euros (except Popldays customers).
