This was the second visit. True to their word… second visit guaranteed! A wonderful place to stay. Especially for a large family or group of friends.

This is an amazing property! The hosts are excellent and very responsive. A second visit is definitely worthy just as their listing is named. I had family and friends stay there and they were very very happy.

The owner was a true gentleman & always checked on us. Made us feel right at home. We had a few small issues. The AC didn’t work downstairs but he was honest and it appeared that he attempted to make every attempt to make repairs.

A great deal for a charming split level house in a beautiful private residence close to the beach. Dennis is so kind and responsive (just make sure you message him in french and use google translate if necessary to avoid any miscommunications). Overall we loved it.

We expected a clean pool when we got there, bathrooms had issues with the shower and toilets, ac didn’t work in one of the rooms and very old systems, didn’t speak English or Spanish.

L’unite de climatisation a ete defectueux pendant le sejour et sera templacer le 7 avril mais la temperature etait de 26 le jour et 21 degree la nuit Ily a eu beaucoup de pluie les jours avant leur arrivee ce qui a embrouller l’eau de la piscine normalement. Correct mais sejour de 2 jours seulement La pomme de douche a ete changer immediatement Mon epouse. N’etait pas sur place mais on c’est compris avec le traducteur

We had a wonderful stay at Denis’s villa in Sosua. Denis was very responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with from start to finish. The villa is exactly as described. It was clean, well maintained, and everything is in great condition. The location is beautiful and set within a private gated community with security throughout, which made us feel very safe and comfortable.One important thing to note is that the neighbors are sensitive to noise. If you are not careful with the noise level, security may be called, even during the day before 9pm. As long as you keep things relaxed and respectful, you should have no issues.Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent again. It is perfect for a quiet, comfortable getaway to lounge and unwind.
