We have a quiet and respectful basement tenant with a completely separate entrance, ensuring your stay remains private and undisturbed. You'll have one dedicated parking spot on the left side of the driveway and an additional space in the garage. The tenant is rarely seen and does not impact your comfort or use of the space in any way.

To help us keep the home in perfect condition for all guests, we kindly ask that you:

- Do not move any furniture in the house.
