Nice air-conditioned studio for 2 people, located in Heliopolis entrance J, on the 1st floor with elevator, inside side. Living room with a bed in 140 cm with TV. Kitchen corner with microwave, coffee maker, toaster, oven, vacuum cleaner. Bathroom with toilet. Terrace. Parking #31. Deposit: 380 euros. File fee: 29 euros (except Poplidays customers). Tourist tax to be paid on site max. 1.44 euro /day/adult person. Sheets and towels rental package: 20 euros. Household from 80 euros or to perform yourself on the day of departure. Arrival: From 5pm to 7pm, you have 24 hours to report any malfunction. Departure before 11am: meeting at the arrival as a person comes to perform the state of the place. Please provide us with your RC certificate otherwise insurance costs 24 euros (except Popldays customers).
