- Living room with new sofa bed (2022), TV, dining area, bay window opening onto a south-facing balcony,
- Renovated kitchen area with ceramic hob, washing machine, microwave, and low-profile refrigerator.
- Bedroom : 1 double bed, a wardrobe, and a window overlooking the living room balcony.
- Bathroom renovated in 2025 with shower, sink, storage drawers, and toilet.
Residence with shared bicycle storage on the ground floor.
Small pets only allowed on request.
Linen not provided.
Out of season, electricity and heating are extra and must be paid for on departure.
