Smiths Beach is a seaside village with a surf shop and a terrific general store. Smiths Beach is a patrolled surf beach. It's a great place to surf, explore, and swim in rock pools, and also serves as a base to explore the rest of Phillip Island.

The home features polished concrete floors and handcrafted timber features and furniture. The layout of the house makes it ideal for a single family or for multiple families to enjoy together. The house is very close to the beach, and the hot tub is ideal for warming up after a swim.
