Only concerned about their bottom line.
I asked to check in early. Never replied. House obviously wasn’t used prior to our arrival. Was excited to have a pool, well it was gross and not treated. The person I communicated with said they had the pool person coming…..why hadn’t they checked the property prior to my arrival since they didn’t let me check in 2 hours early. Just disappointed, since I am not a pool owner, I tried to clean on my own for 2 hours prior to picking the rest of my family up at the airport. By the time I got back, after 11pm, the pool person had been there. The pool was fine after that…..just odd you let my first impression be a dirty pool with bugs….??? Also the VRBO listing said a 2 car garage with plenty of parking in the driveway as well. Would’ve been great for the two cars that we had, except there was a SUV parked right in the middle the garage and it was unusable. Kind of stunk considering it’s a middle of July in Florida yet we have to park our car outside. Again just an overall disappointing experience
