The pool you are looking at in photos is clean and inviting. What we experienced was dirt and toys left around and plants growing out of foundation of house. Garage had a vehicle parked in it. We needed to reach out to contact to have them reach out to owners to move their vehicle. Which I see was an issue with another renter back in August. The house was 61 degrees when we went in. Could not get heat on. Needed to reach out to contact to get owners to allow access. Fire Alarm started the low battery beep. They did not have any one to come and address as was after hours. Expected us to listen it all night or we could take battery out. There was no ladder. My sister was finally able to reach it enough to twist it and it quit. The kitchen table was filthy. With three cleaning it was acceptable. There was glitter all over it. There was a sock, dust bunnies under three of the beds. My sister put on white socks and walked around the house and they were filthy after 2 hours. The replacement box for trash bags was empty. There was one dishwasher pod. I kept communicating with contact and sending pictures. Someone came in and cleaned the dead flies under master bathroom sink and unidentified dirt / poop around shower. Mopped main area. Did not do under beds. It took three days to get trash bags. Last but not least was the huge American Roach. I logged a case with Evolve. Not impressed with the amount of compensation. This place needs a very deep clean. Then it has potential.
