- Open-plan living area with floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing natural light to flood the space and offering panoramic views.
- Sleek kitchen equipped with quality appliances such as cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and all other kitchen utensils perfect for preparing meals or enjoying takeout.
- Two comfortable bedrooms with queen size beds and built-in wardrobes, ensuring a restful night's sleep.
- Contemporary bathroom with modern fixtures and finishes.
- Our guests have access to a washing machine inside the apartment.
- Air Conditioning (split system) in the living room and in one of the bedrooms for year-round comfort.
- Smart TV in the living room connected to our private Wi-Fi, so you can stream your favorite shows and movies on Netflix, YouTube, or other apps during your stay (guests must use their own streaming accounts).

• Check in and Keys:
The keys need to be collected at a different location 250 meters away from the accommodation.
The keys must be collected before 11:00 pm.
If you are arriving after 11:00 pm, late check in can be arranged for an additional fee and with 72 hours notice. Feel free to ask us for more information.
• We do not have car park, however, one of the best options is to park at CBD Park on Franklin Street which is under 4 minutes walk from the accommodation.
• As your dedicated hosts, we're committed to ensuring your stay is seamless and enjoyable. We're always just a message away, ready to assist with recommendations, answer questions, or address concerns.
• We provide basic supplies to enhance your comfort and help you have a more enjoyable stay. These provisions include shampoo, body wash, conditioner, toilet paper, salt, and pepper, among a few other things. Please be aware that although these goods are offered to save you from making a last-minute trip to the grocery store, they are not meant to last the full period of long-term bookings. If you would like to request mid-stay services, please let us know.
