*Olive Tree House* Private and immaculate

I’m originally from Split, Croatia, and I’ve been hosting guests from all over the world for several years now. I truly enjoy hosting, and our guests love staying in our accommodation.

In the 1990s, I moved with my family to beautiful New Zealand. I have two amazing adult sons and a wonderfully supportive husband. I’ve been a local real estate agent for over 25 years and love helping people move forward in their lives.

I’m also an animal lover with two very spoiled (and very loved!) dogs. In my free time, I enjoy cooking, gardening, reading, good movies, and crime series.

My heart will always belong to the Dalmatian coast and the crystal-clear Adriatic Sea (lipo moje Jadransko more), so we often return to Split during the summer.

This location is conveniently located to motorway and only a 15min to CBD.
It's got gorgeous, coastal walways and breathtaking ocean views. Also very friendly community

There is always a car park available on the street near the house. The accommodation has its own private entrance, completely separate from the main house where we live. It also has a small outdoor area for your enjoyment.

The space is modern and spotless—I take great pride in cleanliness. All bedding is freshly laundered and personally ironed by me. We also provide a few breakfast goodies to help you start your day.

We’re nearby and available at short notice to answer any questions or assist with any reasonable requests. Our goal is to ensure you have a pleasant and comfortable stay.
