A wonderful location and house

This was a really great place to stay as it seemed to be the best location we could have chosen. At the beginning there was one bed missing but the owner got that issue sorted within literally minutes so great service! Would recommend.

Start with positive. Tom was very great at communicating and responding to messages communication was fantastic.BUT lots of negativesThe kitchen was unuseable due to what smelled like a decomposing mouse/rat the back of the fridge was coverd in mouse/rat droppings and same with under microwave because of the smell my son was sick. the so called garden out back and yard shown in photo on listening is not available and has a massive fence in place now. The single bed had mouse droppings in the bed. There was no basic cleaning producs no face cloths no bathmats due to the kitchen we had to spend money on eating out. The kids had no back yard to beable to play safty. In the photos below i have showed were the locked fence is taking away the space of parking and the back yard.

We left after 20 minutes of breathing in mold smells and finding ants in the beds and on the floors

Need to look at cutlery and crockery situation 1 knife for 6 people no teaspoons and a lot of the crockery had chips Mould on curtains and some falling apart Washing machine available but no airer or line to dry them on
