We kindly ask for your care when operating the large living room screen, sliding doors, and blinds, especially the mosquito blind in the kitchen. These fittings are designed for comfort and convenience, but some require specific steps to open or close properly:
• The large screen in the living room is secured with latches at the top and bottom. Please unlock both latches fully before sliding the screen. Forcing it without unlatching can cause damage.
• The kitchen mosquito blind is delicate and needs gentle, even pressure when raising or lowering. Please avoid pulling too hard or at an angle.
We’ve placed small labels on the large screen to guide you—please take a moment to read them before use.
Thank you for treating our home with care, and for helping us maintain it for future guests. If anything seems unclear or doesn’t move easily, feel free to contact us.
Strictly no parties and no excessive noise after 10pm.
Strictly No smoking.
Children must be supervised in and around the pool area at all times.
Depending availability we can organize early check-in and/or late check-out at a surcharge of 50% of the applicable daily price.
Please note that we provide a starter amenity kit that includes a few essentials for your convenience, but for longer stays, you may need to go shopping to re-stock. Please remember that you are in a residential setting. We remind you to respect the neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum. No Unregistered Guests: Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
This property has a strict no party, no smoking, and no pet policy. Any breach will result in immediate cancellation or eviction.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM via self check-in with a key safe. Check-out is before 10:00 AM. Unauthorised late check outs may incur a fee. Please follow the check out instructions sent to you and make sure you are familiar with where to leave your keys.
Guests may be charged for additional housekeeping if the property requires extra cleaning time. Guests may be charged for replacing lost keys or fobs as well as a call out fee, if required. Any smoking inside the property will result in charges to have the property professionally deodorised and furniture and carpets steam cleaned.
Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy is firm. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover your trip in case of emergencies, illness, extreme weather, etc. Any refund requests outside of our cancellation policy will be declined.
