Welcome to your perfect group getaway! This expansive home features 2 fully-equipped units under one roof, offering ample space and privacy for up to 18 guests!!! Ideal for family reunions, group retreats, or multiple families traveling together. We want to ensure you have a fantastic stay, so please take a moment to review our HOUSE RULES.

By following these guidelines, you'll help us maintain a welcoming environment for all guests and avoid any potential violation fees:

1. NO Smoking: Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. Please respect this rule to avoid additional cleaning fees.

2. NO Parties or unauthorized Events : We do not allow parties or large gatherings without prior approval. Pre-approved events are subject to an event fee of $190- $400 to cover additional cleaning and wear on the home.

3. QUIET Hours: Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. This includes keeping noise levels down both inside and outside the property.

4. NO Outside Shoes Indoors: Please refrain from wearing outdoor shoes inside the house. Feel free to place wet/soiled shoes on the tray by the front door.

5. Only REGISTERED Guests: Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Thank you for your cooperation.

6. PETS: We welcome ONE pet under certain conditions and one time pet fee of $150. Please ensure your pet is well-behaved, and note that pets are not allowed on furniture, to dig in the yard or disturb the neighbors. There is a size limit/breed restriction for dogs; please inquire before booking.

7. CHECK-OUT Instructions: Before you check out, please ensure all trash is disposed of properly (and placed out into the appropriate bins located in the back), and the property is left in good condition.

8. No inappropriate outdoor behavior: Public urination, indecent exposure, or any behavior violating city bylaws will result in immediate removal and additional cleaning charges $500.

The host began the demanding that we paytgem directly an additional 915 before access information would be given. It took many online chats and calls with vbro agents before vrbo forced the host to honor the listing as orginally booked through vrbo. The house was set up well for large groups. Houses in Canada do not have air conditioning. There were fans, but if you like to sleep cooler, you will want to sleep in the downstairs beds. The bus stop in the front yard was not too disruptive and the house has a nice large deck. If we didn't have deal with the stress of not knowing where we were going to sleep hours before boarding a plane, my review would have been 4 star review.
