Enter a stylish, nicely furnished main living space with a living room, dining area, and kitchen. Open and bright, this space
has a vaulted ceiling, skylight, ceiling fan, and central air conditioning. The living room has comfortable seating and fireplace (not for tenant use.).
The well-equipped kitchen has plenty of counter space to prepare meals, gas range, dishwasher and Keurig coffeemaker. The dining area, next to the kitchen, has a dining table with seating for six.
Follow the hallway to find four bedrooms and a full bath with tub/shower combination.

A short distance from the main house is a private guest cottage with a sunny bedroom containing two twin beds and a full bath with a shower.

A door from the main living area leads to the front deck with views of the Hen's Cove--a wonderful spot for relaxing and unwinding with a morning cup of coffee or glass of wine at sunset. The outdoor space contains a beautifully manicured lawn, additional seating, dining table and stunning garden plantings.

Spend the day at the beach lounging, swimming, kayaking or beachcombing and wash off the sand and salt under the outdoor shower (not enclosed) at the side of the cottage.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
