気になった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
We had very high hopes for our stay. The pool was the main reason we chose this house and it was unusable for half the stay due to algae. When the algae was cleaned, it was still cloudy but usable. There was very little seating near the pool and no marked path to get to the pool. The new grill was nice but the stove was not working when we arrived. The kitchen was remodeled but not very well appointed (lack of items in the cabinets). There was a bat in one upstairs bedroom that had to be caught and released outside. There were droppings from the bat, chewed wires and another bat in the attic. There was no lamp in the living room so we were unable to use the room at night. All of the light fixtures were missing light bulbs upon arrival and the house did not seem clean (light fixtures were dusty). The deck was nice but the cushions on the 2 chairs had mildew on them. There were no stairs to get on and off the deck. The sheets in one bedroom had a hole in them. The parking area had a tree stump in it and was not well marked. While the house is on 20 acres, the property is not usable. There are no trails. Overall, I would not recommend this property unless the owner overhauls the remainder of the property. It has great potential, but is not worth the cost.
