The location and condition of the property was excellent. The views are terrific.

We so appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of the owners. Just wished the kitchen and living room spaces were larger.

Great Hospitality!

Craig and Valerie are great hosts! The cabin is located close to town and is on Cross Lake. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin!

What a wonderful place to stay!

This is our second year renting this property and it was wonderful! We had the chance to meet Craig and Val and they are both so nice! The cabin is very clean and comfortable and it's in a great location. I would highly recommend renting the property!

Beautiful lakefront home with lots of amenities

The home was spacious and family friendly. Excellent location and great communication from the owners. Plenty of waterfront activities and lovely beach area for swimming. Spectacular sunsets and plenty of wood for evening bonfires. Would highly recommend and stay in the future.

Perfect Getaway

The view from the cabin was beautiful. My family loves the Crosslake area, from fishing to golf and many places to dine. We will be back. Any questions we had were answered by Craig or his father who lives close by.

Great family getaway

Craig &Valerie were awesome hosts. Accessible and responsive when needed, but not intrusive. Kitchen was well-equipped with everything needed. Water toys provided lots of fun. Good spaces for a family. Convenient location.

So Peaceful!

This is our first year renting the cabin and we would love to make it a tradition! It is very peaceful and clean. We love the location. It was nice being so close to town so we could easily run to the grocery store or go to the ice cream shop! I would highly recommend renting this cabin!

Best VRBO rental ever!

Perfect in every way. Exceeded our expectations. Cabin, location, and hosts. We hope to come back. Kids loved fishing off the dock, and also below the dam, which is a short walk away. Adults enjoyed evenings sitting around the fire. Sunsets were beautiful.

Wonderful stay at this beautiful lake home!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this perfect lake location. Great boating, sightseeing, and relaxing. We love to walk and it's perfect for walking through the woods and into town. Shops and restaurants just a short walk away. Enjoyed lounging on the deck and viewing the gorgeous sunsets. The house is spotless and has all the essentials. Kitchen is completely renovated and up to date. We highly recommend this vacation get-a-away!!

Another great stay at Peaceful Pines!!

This is our second stay at Peaceful Pines and each time it gets harder to leave! There have been several additions to the property that make it even better. Paddle boat, kayaks, a new king bed and bunk beds!! We really enjoyed all of the new additions!! As always Crosslake is so much fun!! We will be back!

Couldn't Have Asked for More!

We were blown away by everything. Craig and Valerie were amazing hosts. All they wanted was for us to have fun and did we ever. Nine adults and 2 babies fit nicely into the home and dinners on the deck were amazing. It was everything we were looking for and more. Clean, spacious, private - going back next summer!

Family vacation

It was a wonderful week with all my kids. They had lots to do and we were able to keep them busy. The lake is clean and boat rides can give you a new view everyday. Valerie and Craig are wonderful hosts. Would definitely go back. Thank you so much.

Crosslake relaxation

Wonderful location, all property features amenities as listed, including loons:) 5 minute walk to town and awesome coffee shop. Lake is lovely. Mostly fishing boats and kayakers. Family of 4, with 2 adult children. Plenty of space. Thanks for sharing your home with us:)

Delightful Stay on Crosslake

We found the property exactly as advertised on the VRBO web site. The home was welcoming, clean and very well stocked with everything we could need. The owners were very helpful and responsive to all our questions and made our stay care free. The large deck on the back of the home has a beautiful view of the lake with picture perfect sunsets every evening. The dock and boat lift were great additions to the property that gave us easy access to the 14 lakes on the White Fish Chain.

Extended Family Vacation

Excellent! Every aspect exceeded my expectations. My wife and I were joined by our two adult daughters, son in law and two grandson’s. The 2&1/2 year old had a ball playing in the water & the beach. We have a speed boat so the boat lift was a huge plus.

Annual Family Vacation

Perfect lakefront cabin in the Whitefish chain for family vacations. Cabin was well stocked- kitchen & grilling supplies, plenty of beach towels, bath towels, and even things like paper towels and laundry soap. We had plenty of space to spread out as a group of 8. The deck and dock were amazing to watch the sun set every night! Craig and Val were very friendly and visited us several times throughout the week to check-in and chat :) As a Vrbo employee, I approve! Easy check-in/out, sparkling clean, and a lovely time!

Cabin Vacation

Peaceful Pines is a terrific location on Crosslake within walking distance to the town. Sandy beach with fire pit and unlimited wood made for many evening fires and sunset viewing. We highly recommend renting a pontoon and discovering all of the lakes in the Whitefish chain. We suggest Manhattan Beach for a great dining experience! The kitchen is fully stocked. The beds are comfortable and the linens are super soft. Our hosts were extremely friendly, kind people and took care of any and all of our needs!

Beautiful clear lake and great location

The lake water was so clear and a beautiful! The swimming area was pretty much all sandy bottoms. We spent tons of time on the water and kids played in the sand right by the lake too. This cabin is in a great location, so close to shops, grocery store, liquor stores, and restaurants. The cabin is fully stocked with any and everything you would need. The only minor thing is there is no ac in the basement but did stay cool enough with lots of fans going.

Peaceful Pines Vacation

Our family enjoyed our stay very much. The cabin was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was nicely equipped for cooking. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck and watching the lake. Very happy for the air conditioning as it was very humid during our stay. Our son enjoyed fishing with his kids off the dock and in the boat. The landscaping around the home was very nice and well maintained. We enjoyed bonfires in the yard. Craig and Valerie are very gracious hosts. We would definitely stay here again.
