Summary:
Stay at our cozy Top Floor room in the Grand Lodge! This building is just a short walk to the lifts at Crested Butte. Perfect for up to 4 guests, the room features a king bed in separate sleeping area, Pullout couch in living area, full bathroom, and a kitchenette. Built in 1999, the building has character and shows its age, but still offers many modern comforts and provides an excellent place to crash for a ski trip!

The Space:
**READ BEFORE YOU BOOK **
Effective June 1, 2025, a mandatory $20 daily resort fee will be collected after your reservation is booked. This fee will be processed via the guidebook and applies to all reservations, regardless of amenity usage. This is assessed by the building/HOA and we as a management company can't waive this fee. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you!

3-star property of individually owned condos. There is no longer a front desk at the Grand Lodge but we are readily available to respond to our guests!

◐ The Building was built back in 1999. It's a bit dated, the common areas need some love and the units have a 1990's hotel room vibe.
◐ Building Management: Managed by a separate company that controls amenities; they may close amenities without notice.
Noise Disclosure: There is a mechanical unit on the roof of the building that produces a noticeable humming or white noise in the bathroom. While it is not harmful, it is fairly loud and continuous. We want to be upfront so guests are aware before booking.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the condo and Grand Lodge amenities. The Grand Lodge has a Pool, Hot Tub, Gym, Steam room, free parking (guests are given one parking pass per room) , EV charging and is in the perfect location to Mt. Crested Butte. (please note if any of the amenities are not operational during your stay, we will not offer a refund as we don't have control over the amenities).
The Neighborhood:
We are a short distance from the town of Crested Butte where Elk Avenue provides a great place to shop, dine, visit historic buildings and art galleries.
The area offers outdoor activities in all seasons! It is a great place to enjoy hiking, biking, rafting, skiing, and snowshoeing.
The Gunnison-Crested Butte Regional Airport is a 45-minute drive from the Grand Lodge. Landmarks and attractions are easily accessible and the resort is just a 5 min walk away!
Getting Around:
Most Guests bring their car to get around (we have a free parking lot with EV charging), but there are shuttles to get around if you'd prefer!

This property does not have air conditioning.
Please note: we do not do daily linen service like a traditional hotel (this is Airbnb style). However, if you'd like a turnover to be done during your stay, please give us a 24 notice so we can coordinate with the cleaner. There is an extra cost for this, which is $100.
-This unit is not pet friendly. Only floors 1 and 2 are pet friendly. This unit is on the 5th floor. You may see pets on the 4th and 5th floors, however if an owner is staying in their unit, then they are allowed to have a pet (this is the buildings policy and has nothing to do with Traverse Hospitality ).
