A brand-new five-bedroom, four-bathroom designer home in tranquil Picnic Point, on the southern banks of the Georges River, with expansive living areas, a Miele-equipped kitchen and a fully fenced backyard. Light and quality finishes throughout make it ideally suited to medium-term stays during a relocation, renovation or insurance event, with the flexibility to settle in for a fortnight or several months.

Step inside to expansive living and dining areas designed for both style and relaxation. The open-plan layout flows seamlessly from room to room, with designer pendant lighting and brand-new ducted air conditioning throughout for year-round comfort.

The heart of this home is a striking, fully equipped kitchen featuring top-of-the-line Miele appliances, perfect whether you're preparing a simple breakfast or hosting a family dinner. It flows easily to the dining and living areas and out to the covered alfresco for easy, sociable entertaining.

Five spacious bedrooms give everyone room to settle in, with four upstairs and the fifth downstairs configured as a separate home office. Four beautifully crafted bathrooms each offer premium fixtures, and the layout ensures privacy and comfort whether you're a family or two couples sharing the space. The home comfortably sleeps up to six. A single lock-up garage plus an off-street space suit more than one vehicle.

The fully fenced, low-maintenance backyard gives children and small pets a safe place to play, and pets are welcome (please mention any pets in your booking request).

Please note we have a $1,000 AUD refundable security deposit paid directly before check in and returned at the end of the stay.
