Our house is located in one of the best gated communities in Angra dos Reis and boasts a breathtaking, privileged view of Ilha Grande. It features 5 spacious suites and a gourmet area ideal for gatherings. (Generator consumption is included in the stay price) The house has 5 spacious suites. (NOTE): 3 suites on the upper floor, with views of Ilha Grande. Composition: Master Suite: 1 King bed Suite 2: 1 Queen bed (which can be converted into 2 single beds) Suite 3: 1 Queen bed (which can be converted into 2 single beds) 2 suites on the first floor, providing comfort and accessibility for those who need more than one suite. It is also important to note that it is a new house and we always keep up with maintenance, always seeking improvements. ⚠️ The house has maid service (8:30 am to 4 pm). This is part of the stay price (R$300/day). Because it's a very large house, hiring a cook is mandatory along with your stay. We also offer a cook service which is OPTIONAL and separate from the stay price (ideal for those who want to completely relax and not spend time cooking and cleaning). Our house is truly a fantastic property to spend quality time and create many good memories, with the tranquility you seek and that enchanting view you deserve! Guest Access Guests have access to a restaurant located in the Hotel Portogalo, and a beach with crystal-clear waters within the condominium. The beach area also has beach chairs, jet skis, stand-up paddleboards for rent, and a restaurant. A very pleasant place for leisure and fun for the whole family.

📌 IMPORTANT RULES – READ CAREFULLY
1. ⚠️ Power generator available: In case of a power outage from the local supplier (Enel), we have our own generator. The generator will only be activated upon request from the guest and will have an extra cost for consumption.
2. Area with pool and sauna (new): We have an extra area with a pool and sauna that is not part of the main rental. Access must be checked in advance regarding availability and cost, as it is an exclusive area of ​​the owner.
3. Damage to property: Any damage caused to the house, equipment or furniture will be the responsibility of the guests and must be reimbursed.
4. Housekeeping payment: The daily rate (R$300.00) must be paid directly to the housekeeper at checkout. The reservation fee covers only the house rental, not the staff services.
5. Housekeeper hours: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Responsible for reception and household chores (except cooking). Hiring is mandatory for booking the house.
6. Washing machine: Available only for stays longer than 7 days. The laundry is for the exclusive use of the housekeeper.
7. Towels: Each bathroom is supplied with 1 set of towels. For replacement, please give the used towels to the housekeeper. The quantity is limited — we ask for conscious use.
8. Cook service (optional): Available for advance booking, ideal for those who want greater convenience during their stay.
9.Advance purchases: Can be made at the Zona Sul supermarket in Angra, with delivery coordinated by the cook before check-in.
10. Questions and requests: Any extra needs should be communicated directly to the chambermaid.
