Pack your swimmers + workout gear, with a resort-style outdoor heated lap pool; heated spa; sauna, full-size gym; BBQ's + lounge area...
The Space:
The building, Festival Towers, has resort-style amenities including an outdoor heated lap Pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna + Gym
We manage this apartment exclusively, instead of the on-site management.
• Curl up on the couch or beanbag with Air-Conditioning & Stream your favourites (Netflix / apps access) on the 55’ Smart TV in the lounge
• Connect to the Lightning-fast WiFi (100Mbps down) + setup your Home Office on the dedicated desk.
• Cook up a storm in the fully equipped Kitchen with absolutely everything you’ll need to bake, fry, sauté + grill!
• Dine on the indoor / outdoor balcony &/or enjoy a glass of vino with city views.
• There’s also a full laundry with Washing Machine & Dryer + everything you’ll need to keep clean :)
Perfect for singles, couples, small families + professionals, but NOT for parties of any description…
To stress the above point, if you have any intention of having a party or breaking our house rules in anyway, PLEASE do not book our property.
Note* The building has a strict no party policy + is 100% non-smoking (including balconies), security camera outside apartment entry, CCTV cameras in all common areas + on-site security - with all costs passed onto you (for those thinking of breaking the rules)
