The Apartment – Functional Comfort & Breathtaking Views
With a surface area of around 58 m², the apartment can accommodate up to 5 guests. Its spacious terrace (approx. 35 m², partially covered) overlooks the sea and is equipped for outdoor dining (furniture and plancha – for outdoor use only). Direct access to the sea is available via two flights of stairs.

Bright living area with open-plan kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, utensils and tableware), dining area and lounge opening onto the terrace.
1 double bedroom (140 cm bed) with private bathroom (shower, sink).
1 triple bedroom (3 single 90 cm beds) also with private bathroom (shower, sink).
Separate toilet.
Small laundry area with washing machine.

Smart TV and DVD player (subject to availability).
Electric heating.
Baby cot and high chair available upon request at booking (please bring a mattress protector and your own baby bed linen).
Bed linen and towels not included but available for rental via local provider (linen delivered before arrival and collected after departure), payable upon arrival.
Pets Welcome (Under Conditions)
Well-behaved pets are welcome, provided they leave no trace (hair, odour, damage). For the comfort of all, pets must not roam freely within the residence and should not be left alone in the apartment if they are not used to being calm and quiet (no barking, stress, etc.). Thank you for your consideration.
A welcome booklet (including contact information for your local host, activity tips, etc.) will be sent to you once we have received your contact details.
We do not charge cleaning fees: the apartment must therefore be returned in the same condition as it was found (confirmed by check-out inspection). If needed, our local service provider remains available to assist during your stay.
