The host was incredibly welcoming and took a personal interest in our trip offering lots of suggestions for activities and sight seeing. The house was clean, comfortable and accommodating for our family needs. We are looking forward to staying here again.

We had the most wonderful stay at Jenn’s charming Twain Harte cabin! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that Jenn goes above and beyond to make her guests feel cared for. She was highly communicative from the start and even checked in during our stay over the Thanksgiving holiday to make sure we had everything we needed. Her hospitality truly made our getaway special.Traveling with our dogs can sometimes be stressful, but Jenn made it effortless. She left treats and goodies for our fur babies, which meant so much to us and set the tone for a very welcoming, dog-friendly stay.The cabin itself is just perfect—super clean (truly spotless), beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully updated. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, including spices, oils, and all the basics to help us easily cook a delicious holiday meal for our family. Every little detail felt intentional.We loved the layout, the cozy indoor comforts, and the relaxing balcony with outdoor dining. The location is ideal—close to downtown Twain Harte, the golf course, trails, lakes, historic sites, and everything the Sierras have to offer.This cabin checked every box and then some. I would absolutely stay here again and will be recommending it to all of my friends who love peaceful mountain getaways. Thank you, Jenn, for being such an incredible host. We can’t wait to return!

Perfect Vacation with family

Our family had a terrific long weekend in Twain Harte.  We've stayed in many different properties here over the years, but this one stood out to be an exceptional find. First, and foremost  it was spotlessly clean and comfortable and spacious.  It is newly renovated and furnished.  Although we didn't bring our dog this year, it is clear he would have been welcome with several pup-friendly amenities.  The kitchen is well stocked and has both drip and k-pod coffee pots, so you can relax on the deck surrounded by the wonderful smell of trees (and coffee -ahhh).  Good WIFI was important to us as we had two kids working from home for part of the stay. The location is near the end of a quiet road and our host, Jen, suggested bringing bikes for the younger kids. There is ample parking and it is only a few minutes drive into town (also walkable - we did both).  Once in town there are plenty of restaurants, pee-wee golf, actual golf, and darling shops to pop into. It is clear that Jen loves TH and is excited to share her property and insight into the best things to do and see.  She was very responsive and gave clear information to make our stay special.  Definitely coming back and highly recommend!
