ADDITIONAL INFORMATION- This 2-story home requires 3 steps to enter. The 1st floor includes 1 bedroom and 1.5 bathrooms- Your safety matters. This property features 4 exterior security cameras: 1 camera is located on the front of the house facing the driveway, 1 camera is located on the right side of the building facing the side of the property, 1 camera is located on the left side of the building facing the side of the property, and 1 camera is located on the back of the home facing the pool and patio. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion- There is an optional pool heat fee of $20/night (+ fees & taxes, paid pre-trip, applied to entire stay). The pool heat needs to be requested at least 2 days in advance- There is another bookable vacation rental next door; other travelers may be present during your stay-Pool Cleaning will occur on Friday Mornings.
